The Migration Assessment Sprint ($12,500) is a 1–2 week engagement that produces a complete, actionable migration plan — not just recommendations, but the actual plan your team will use to execute the migration. If you're serious about migrating within the next 6–18 months, the Sprint is the right starting point.
This sprint is a planning engagement — it produces the three deliverables described. If you need execution support (cutover engineering, on-site during cutover, or post-migration validation), those are separate engagements. After the sprint, you can engage Jim for ongoing support via the On-Demand UC Engineer retainer or Service Tickets.
Yes. The migration plan and runbook will cover multi-site scenarios, timezone-aware cutover windows, and distributed agent cutover procedures. Tell us about your environment in the kickoff call and we'll build the plan around your specific topology.
The migration plan and runbook will document the integration mapping requirements for your specific integrations. If deep-dive integration planning is needed (e.g., redesigning the CRM CTI flow for Webex CC), we can scope that as a follow-on engagement. The Sprint covers it enough for your team to plan the migration — detailed integration design is a separate conversation.
We typically need: UCCX configuration exports (BAT files or equivalent), current call flow documentation, network topology, agent count and site distribution, known integration points (CRM, WFM, recording), and any existing migration timeline or budget constraints. We work with partial information — the kickoff call helps define scope.
